Every cuisine has some sort of schnitzel, whether it comes in the form of a cutlet, or a thicker and smaller version, a chicken finger – any breaded, crusted, seasoned version of meat will do.

Schnitzel is very easy to make. Golden and crispy on the outside; juicy and tender on the inside—it’s one of the easiest and most family favorite (and requested) dishes in my household.
