Ingredients
- 4 avocados
- ½ small red onion chopped
- ½ cup tomatoes diced
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced or gated
- 1 lime juiced
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
OPTIONAL
- 1 jalapeno pepper seeds removed and finely diced
Instructions
- Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork until smooth or leave slightly chunky, depending on your preference.

- Stir in lime juice, red onion, garlic, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using). Mix well. Gently fold in the chopped tomato, if desired. Season with salt and pepper.

- Serve immediately, or cover with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface of the guacamole to prevent browning.
