Carnivore mayonnaise

CARNIVORE MAYONNAISE
Sometimes, all you need is a simple, healthy homemade CARNIVORE MAYONNAISE to elevate your eggs, steak, tacos, or salad, and this recipe does just that. In just minutes, you'll have a delicious, nutrient-dense mayo ready to go. Packed with healthy protein and fats, and completely dairy-free, this mayo is the perfect companion to any plate.I love adding this mayo to burger patties, deviled eggs, or even just a plate of ground beef. It brings a rich, flavorful touch to any dish. And yes, it even makes for an amazing dipping sauce for eggs, or, dare I say it, bacon. Why not?One of the best things about making your own mayonnaise is the control you have over the ingredients. Store-bought versions often contain additives, preservatives, and seed oils—none of which are good for our bodies. When you take control over the process and make your own, it’s pure, nutrient-dense, and very satisfying. The beauty of this recipe is in its flexibility. If you have a lot of bacon grease saved up (like I do), it makes a delicious smoky mayo. But beef tallow is a great option too, adding a more neutral flavor while still bringing in all the benefits of animal fats. For the best of both worlds, feel free to mix the two!Not only do these fats add depth of flavor, but they’re also loaded with nutrients that support everything from brain function to energy production. Plus, the texture is incredibly smooth and creamy!Transfer the mayo to an airtight container and refrigerate. It will firm up as it cools. You can store it in the fridge for up to 5 days.Bon appétit! Your fork is waiting!
