Ingredients
- 1 lb beef cutlets top round or sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 cup crushed pork rinds for coating
- 2 TBSP fresh parsley finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic grated
- 1 tsp sea salt to taste
- ½ tsp ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat the beef slices dry. If needed, pound the cutlets to an even ¼-inch thickness for tenderness and uniform cooking.

- Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over both sides of the beef cutlets.

- In a shallow dish, combine grated garlic and chopped parsley. Coat beef cutlets with this mixture evenly on both sides, pressing gently to adhere.

- Place crushed pork rinds in another shallow dish. Press each slice of beef into the crumbs, coating evenly on both sides.

- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.Arrange beef slices in a single layer in the basket (work in batches if necessary). Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the coating is golden and crispy and the internal temperature reaches 145°F for medium.

- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 2–3 minutes. Serve hot with a side of lemon wedges, a simple, fresh salad, or roasted vegetables or a tangy chimichurri sauce for a vibrant meal. Garnish with extra parsley for a pop of color!
