Not only is it super simple and easy to make but it's very versatile (use it on bread of your choice/ seafood/fish/vegetables, it's just as delicious). Packed with flavor and omega-3 fatty acids it always gets rave reviews at my dinner table!

- 2 TBS ghee
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 oz anchovies canned, in olive oil
- 2 TBS parsley
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend.
Enjoy with steak, seafood, vegetables!
