What can be better than a simple, delicious, juicy, crusty steak? Only same delicious juicy steak with anchovies and garlic butter!
Not only is it super simple and easy to make but it's very versatile (use it on bread of your choice/ seafood/fish/vegetables, it's just as delicious).  Packed with flavor and omega-3 fatty acids it always gets rave reviews at my dinner table!
It is VERY addictive. You've been warned. 🙂

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 oz anchovies canned, in olive oil
  • 2 TBS parsley

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend.
  • Enjoy with steak, seafood, vegetables!
