Avocado Sandwich with Sardines
Fats, fats, fats... I loooove healthy fats... So good for your mind and body. It's really therapeutic for me watching my kids eat healthy food that they also very much enjoy and that gives them energy ( not that they are lacking it 🙂 ) and leave all of us feel happy and content. Healthy food, happy mama, happy kids. Win-win-win. We don't usually eat bread, but if I am to give it to my kids it's usually a sourdough bread (fermentation process removes some of the gluten from bread) and I serve it with loads of nutrients, fiber and healthy fats to substitute for nutrient empty flour.
